Dear reader,
every day my legal team and I strive to give customers what they demand, and that is certainty in the solution of practical problems.
In my experience I have noticed that today, when all the legislation, in particular the fiscal one is more and more complex, people turn to the notary not only to draft an act, but also and above all to receive professional advice for the solution to the related problems.
The problems are always the same: identifying the most convenient tax solution, avoiding disputes or disputes with third parties or, even worse, with family members, choosing the best bank or the best bank financing product, resolving issues related to foreign laws.
To advise the best solution I find a great advantage in the experience gained during my previous work activities; in fact before becoming a notary I became a lawyer, I worked for the Bank of Italy, and received my PhD at the university.
These previous work experiences have allowed me to study in-depth non-notarial legal subjects such as litigation, tax law, banking law and international law.
